Turn a promising AI initiative into useful everyday work.

I help Swiss businesses understand what is holding an AI project back, choose a practical path forward and put the solution into use—with the people and systems it needs.

A familiar situation

The demo is impressive. Everyday use is harder.

You may recognise one of these situations: employees cannot rely on the results, checking them takes away the expected time saving, or a pilot stays separate from the systems and workflows people actually use.

Spending continues without a clear measure of whether the investment is paying off. Teams disagree about the next step, and nobody owns the path to adoption.

The obstacle may sit in the business objective, data, software, workflow, ownership or adoption. I help make that clear before more effort is committed.

From clarity to everyday use

A practical engagement that can continue from diagnosis through improvement.

We define success together using measures that matter to your situation—time saved, quality, adoption, reliability or cost. A diagnostic can stand alone, or become the foundation for implementation.

01

Establish the outcome

Clarify the workflow, the people affected, current performance and what a useful improvement would look like.

02

Diagnose and decide

Inspect the real situation, test assumptions and decide what to fix, build, simplify or stop. Leave with practical priorities.

03

Implement the solution

Build or improve the solution and its data flows, integrations, testing and operational foundations, with your team where appropriate.

04

Guide the rollout

Introduce it in controlled stages, establish ownership, prepare users, monitor performance and respond to issues.

05

Measure and improve

Compare results with agreed criteria, gather feedback and improve through an explicitly scoped support period.

Not every initiative should be built. If the evidence says it is unsuitable, I will make that clear.

Why Leszek

Technical depth, translated into decisions people can act on.

I’m Leszek Wisniewski. I work directly with executives who need a clear view of the opportunity and with technical teams who need a solution that can operate in the real world.

My experience spans startups and large enterprises: more than 1 PB of data migrated, over CHF 5 million saved through infrastructure optimisation and more than five years leading innovative engineering teams. I have advised on more than 10 AI projects since working in technology from 2011.

This experience helps me connect business intent, complex systems, engineering delivery and the people who need to adopt the result. Implementation and follow-on support are scoped explicitly around your situation.

Practical questions

Start with the situation you have.

Can we start with a diagnostic?

Yes. We can first establish what is happening and what the next decision should be. Implementation can be commissioned separately if it is the right choice.

Can you work with our internal team?

Yes. I can advise the people responsible for the outcome, work alongside engineers and help establish ownership for rollout and operation.

How do we measure progress?

We agree on relevant evidence at the start—such as time, quality, adoption, reliability or cost—and use it to decide what to improve next.

What happens if the initiative is unsuitable?

Stopping, simplifying or postponing can be the right result. The work should improve the quality of the investment decision, not justify more work.
